An insurance company’s claims portal lacked responsiveness across multiple platforms and devices, making it difficult for customers to use. A new portal would solve that problem—and it was time to make it happen.
Our experience design team started with wireframes and visual design for the portal across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, making sure it aligned with its larger customer-facing site. Next, they designed a portal that simplified the complex tasks associated with the claim process or policy payments.
