John W. McCain is chairman and chief executive officer of NTT DATA Services, overseeing $4 billion in revenue and 50,000 professionals doing business in nearly 40 countries. John has more than 30 years of experience in the IT services industry, having held leadership roles with Keane, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company, EDS and Capgemini. He also serves as a member of the NTT Holdings Global Strategy Committee and senior vice president of our parent company NTT DATA.
In his role, Bob oversees Enterprise Applications and Applications Services, delivery operations, global integration, global workforce management, global corporate IT, global marketing and communications, and the chief technology office. Bob has had a long career in the IT industry, most recently as CEO of Fujitsu Americas, Inc.
Tanvir Khan is president of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and has spent more than 23 years in IT and outsourcing. He is a hands-on BPO practitioner who drives process transformation combining technology, process optimization, analytics and automation. Tanvir’s approach to BPO is based on a foundation of vertical industry-specific platforms layered with workflow and automation to continuously optimize transaction processing.
Eric Clark is divisional president of Application Services, focusing on go-to-market and product management. As a key contributor and spokesperson for NTT DATA Services, Eric is often called upon to deliver his insights to customers, media and analysts on topics such as the development and execution of strategy and operations for digital transformation, cloud, mobility, internet of things and security. Eric has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Industry. Prior to joining NTT DATA Services, Eric held numerous global, senior leadership positions with ServiceNow, Dell, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Ernst & Young and Bank of America. Eric is a board member for the DFW World Affairs Council, and has served on the Advisory Board for the SMU Digital Accelerator. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Dave Bonner is executive vice president for Infrastructure, Cloud and Security at NTT DATA Services. With an extensive background in IT consulting, outsourcing and software development, he has more than 30 years of experience working with clients around the world. Today, Dave leads a team of over 12,000 employees in service-delivery and operations centers in more than 20 global locations. Previously, Dave led the IT integration for NTT DATA Inc.’s acquisition of Dell Services.
Amir Durrani is responsible for ensuring that our balanced onshore and India-based offshore delivery models remain competitive differentiators through our expert talent, service delivery innovation and unparalleled quality. Amir has more than 20 years of experience in the IT services industry, including serving as executive vice president of Asia Pacific at Keane, Inc.
Marv Mouchawar oversees the company’s North American business units, which include Financial Services and Insurance, Manufacturing Industries, Commercial Industries and Public Sector. Marv oversees the profitable growth, solution development and service delivery for clients across industry segments. During his career in the IT industry, he has held senior leadership positions with Keane, Inc., Accenture, Informatica Corp., Autodesk and SGI.
Alan Hughes is president of the global Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. As head of the company’s largest industry segment, Alan is responsible for leading the growth, profitability and transformation of the global healthcare business. Alan has 30 years of leadership experience specializing in enterprise strategy development and execution, information technology, business operations and building high performance teams to drive results in the healthcare and financial industries.
Tim Conway is president of Public Sector at NTT DATA Services, driving our business to deliver technology-enabled solutions to federal, state and local governments in the United States, Canada and Australia. Tim is a seasoned leader, providing management and technology consulting to the public sector for nearly three decades. He has held management and executive positions at Keane, Inc., Xerox (formerly ACS, Inc.), IBM, Lockheed Martin, and the Public Service Electric and Gas Company.
Shilpa Bhandari is divisional president of the Financial Services business, leading a global team to drive strategy, growth, profitability and service transformation. She has almost two decades of global experience in the IT services industry concentrating on running P&L, driving client satisfaction, elevating employee engagement, building high-performing teams and industry thought leadership. Shilpa held prior leadership positions at Dell Services and Wipro. She is an alumni of Harvard Business School and a steering committee member of the employee resource group Women Inspiring NTT DATA (WIN).
Mike Wallesen is president of the Manufacturing business unit for NTT DATA Services. He leads solution development, sales, onshore/offshore delivery excellence and customer success across the discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, and energy and natural resources industries. Mike is a seasoned business leader with more than 30 years of experience in IT, software and services. Prior to NTT DATA Services, Mike served as senior vice president and chief services officer for Ellucian, and he held leadership positions at Siemens PLM Software, Capgemini and EDS.
David Vice is divisional president of Commercial Industries, responsible for the growth, profitability and services transformation of customers across commercial industries. He brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading sales organizations and implementing marketing strategies. Most recently, he served as chief sales officer at Omnitracts, LLC. He has also held senior leadership positions with NTT DATA, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and EDS. David sits on Texas Christian University’s e-business Advisory Council. He also served as executive vice president and board member of Wendover Financial Services Corp., a subsidiary of EDS, and as a member of the Texas Tech Rawls School of Business Advisory Council. David received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Texas Tech University and completed graduation work at the London School of Business.
Mike Sarantopoulos is senior vice president leading the North American insurance business for NTT DATA Services. Overseeing a portfolio of clients and offerings, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of NTT DATA Services’ enablement of digital business transformation within the insurance industry, as well as operations management and positive financial results for this business. Mike has 25 years of leadership experience in the consulting services industry, including the launch of NTT DATA Services’ North American Cloud Advisory Services Consulting Practice, a division of the company’s Infrastructure and Cloud Services business.
Steve Chapman is divisional president directing a Financial Services portfolio that includes some of the largest U.S. banks and top global investment banks. Steve leads strategy focused on Consulting Services growth with a highly-experienced team to build end-to-end solutions for clients that are driven and enabled by business strategies and advanced, flexible technologies and optimized processes. Steve has 30 years of experience building successful businesses in the consulting and information technology industries, while advising some of the world’s leading financial institutions on complex strategic and technical projects.
Tom Mataconis is senior vice president leading NTT DATA Services’ Financial Services and Insurance Business Consulting. He has more than two decades of business and IT transformation expertise with many leading North American retail and wholesale banking institutions. Tom is focused on developing integrated consulting and delivery solutions while driving NTT DATA Services’ differentiation, branding, front-end business value and thought leadership for Business Consulting. Tom works closely with sector leads to help clients achieve their goals — including risk reduction, cost reduction and revenue generation. He is a former managing partner with Accenture.
Niccolo Spataro is senior vice president of International Business for NTT DATA Services. He has general management responsibility for the business outside the United States and Canada, including responsibility for growth, solution development, service delivery and overall client satisfaction. He has more than 30 years of strategic sales leadership experience in the IT services space and a track record in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Before joining NTT DATA in 2016, Niccolo held sales leadership positions with Dell Services, Oracle, EDS and HP. He graduated from National University and received an advanced degree from IPADE Business school.
Ande Lake is president of Strategic Staffing at NTT DATA Services. He oversees an experienced team that provides industry-focused resources, including right-to-hire and direct permanent placements, across North America and beyond. Ande is an IT veteran with more than 25 years of IT industry experience and has held positions at Capgemini, Ernst & Young, Accenture and MCI Systemhouse.
Mona Charif is senior vice president and chief marketing officer for NTT DATA, Inc. She has more than 20 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies including Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Lucent Technologies and EDS. Mona has broad experience in complex marketing and communications strategy and flawless program execution. With an extensive background in branding and rebranding companies, she led the marketing integration of the former Dell Services with NTT DATA, Inc. Mona also leads the North Texas chapter of Women Inspire NTT DATA (WIN), an employee resource group.
David Croxville is chief financial officer at NTT DATA, Inc., overseeing all global finance, including real estate and procurement. His 20+ year career spans leadership roles that include unit controller, managing director of financial planning and analysis, and CFO of a $10 billion dollar organization. David joined NTT DATA, Inc. from Pegasus Logistics Group, where he served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer.
David Lee is chief sales officer with responsibility for sales strategies across diverse channels, overall sales processes and results and mentoring world-class teams for sales and sales support. He was previously president of NTT DATA Services’ International Business, with general management responsibility for the business outside of the United States and Canada. Before joining NTT DATA Services in 2015, David was chief sales officer at Dell Services, and prior to that, he was chief sales officer of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services.
Dean Williams is executive vice president of human capital at NTT DATA, Inc., leading strategic human capital activities, including workforce development and organization effectiveness, compensation, recruiting, diversity, and HR processes. With more than 20 years of experience, Dean has held progressive leadership roles in building human resources management and acquisition programs, workforce planning and other strategic initiatives.
Sylvia Steinheiser is executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions at NTT DATA, Inc., leading efforts to identify appropriate acquisition targets that align with the company’s core strategy, global competitiveness and market trends. Previously, Sylvia held leadership positions with EMC and Hewlett-Packard, where she was responsible for strategic plans, portfolio roadmaps, cross-functional M&A teams and compliance and regulatory issues.
John Dick is executive vice president and general counsel at NTT DATA, Inc. He is responsible for general corporate counsel, compliance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, plus employment and litigation matters. With 20 years of experience, John was previously at Keane, as well as Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. John also represented companies and funds in connection with private placements, venture funds and private equity funds.
Barry Shurkey is chief information officer for NTT DATA Services. He is responsible for optimizing and advancing the company’s IT roadmap to support the company and its clients. Previously, he was a senior vice president overseeing the company’s Transition Services Agreement with Dell, and before that led the company’s overall service delivery to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). With more than 30 years of experience in the IT services industry, he held leadership roles with Travelport, Vertex Business Systems, EDS and HP.
Koji Miyajima is executive vice president of Strategy for NTT DATA, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Directors. Since joining the company in 1989, he has held a series of progressive leadership roles, including CEO of the regional holding company for NTT DATA in North America, responsible for executing the integration of seven group companies to establish NTT DATA, Inc.
Kris Fitzgerald is chief technology officer for NTT DATA Services. He leads NTT DATA Services’ client innovation programs, which includes leveraging NTT Group R&D and related investments to enhance service delivery and business outcomes. Kris has about 40 years of progressive experience in the IT sector, spanning various industries.

Toshio Iwamoto is president and chief executive officer of NTT DATA Corporation. He leads a global IT services and solutions company specializing in consulting, system development and business IT outsourcing. The company comprises 100,000 employees in more than 50 countries around the world.
Toshio was appointed to this position in June 2012, prior to which he held leadership roles at NTT DATA covering the public and financial IT and business sectors.
NTT DATA began business operations in 1967 as the data communications headquarters of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation, and has built numerous large-scale systems to support social infrastructure over a period of some 50 years. As a systems engineer and later, a project manager, Toshio has overseen several such projects for the central government, the Bank of Japan, the largest payment system in Japan and information provision systems of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, contributing significantly to the development of Japan’s information technology scene.
Patrizio Mapelli is chief executive officer and president of NTT DATA EMEA. Before covering this role, Patrizio was CEO and managing director of NTT DATA Italy and executive vice president and head of Enterprise Business for NTT DATA EMEA. Previously, Patrizio was CEO of Value Team, one of the five companies acquired in 2011 to create NTT DATA EMEA.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT consulting services sector, Patrizio has managed the innovation process of large media and TELCO groups. Patrizio’s managerial experience includes vice president of A.T. Kearney and senior partner in Ernst & Young. Patrizio holds a bachelor degree in theoretical physics from the Università degli Studi of Milan and attended an executive program at the Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Tadashi Uhira serves as Senior Vice President and Head of China & APAC Sector at NTT Data Corporation. Mr. Uhira joined NTT DATA as Senior Executive Manager and Head of Global Business in 2011.
Benito Vázquez became CEO of everis, a multinational consultancy and part of the NTT DATA Corporation, in 2004.
He began his career in the telecommunications sector (Telefónica and SITRE), and in 1992 he joined Andersen Consulting where he managed the Technology group. He helped launch DMR Consulting in Spain in 1996, where he was responsible for finance and telecommunications.
Benito holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid as well as in economics from UNED. He has been a keen sportsman all his life.
Norbert Rotter has been the CEO of itelligence AG since July 1, 2016 and a member of the Management Board since January 1, 2008. As CFO, he was in charge of the M&A division, overseeing the acquisition of approximately 20 companies.
In 2000, he took up a position as manager at KPMG in New York, where he was responsible for advising German subsidiaries on the U.S. market. In 2004, he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the U.S. market.
In 1995, he began his extensive career at KPMG Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft AG, where he was responsible for audit and advisory services for SMEs and international corporations. Norbert became a tax advisor in 1999, a certified German auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) in 2000 and is a qualified bank clerk. Norbert studied business administration at the University of Paderborn and the University of Limerick, Ireland.
