John has more than 30 years of experience in the IT services industry, having held leadership roles with Keane, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company, EDS and Capgemini. Tanvir Khan is president of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and has spent more than 23 years in IT and outsourcing. He is a hands-on BPO practitioner who drives process transformation combining technology, process optimization, analytics and automation. David Lee has general management responsibility for the business of NTT DATA Services outside of the United States and Canada, including responsibility for growth, solution development, service delivery and overall client satisfaction. Prior to joining NTT DATA, Inc. in 2015, David held senior leadership positions with Dell Services, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and Electronic Data Systems.

Amir has more than 20 years of experience in the IT services industry, including serving as executive vice president of Asia Pacific at Keane, Inc.
In his role, Bob oversees enterprise applications and applications services, delivery operations, global integration, global workforce management, global corporate IT, global marketing and communications, and the chief technology office. Bob has had a long career in the IT industry, most recently as CEO of Fujitsu Americas, Inc.
David Croxville is chief financial officer at NTT DATA, Inc., overseeing all global finance, including real estate and procurement. His 20+ year career spans leadership roles that include unit controller, managing director of financial planning and analysis, and CFO of a $10 billion dollar organization. David joined NTT DATA, Inc. from Pegasus Logistics Group, where he served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer.
Dean Williams is executive vice president of human capital at NTT DATA, Inc., leading strategic human capital activities, including workforce development and organization effectiveness, compensation, recruiting, diversity, and HR processes. With more than 20 years of experience, Dean has held progressive leadership roles in building human resources management and acquisition programs, workforce planning and other strategic initiatives.
John Dick is executive vice president and general counsel at NTT DATA, Inc. He is responsible for general corporate counsel, compliance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, plus employment and litigation matters. With 20 years of experience, John was previously at Keane, as well as Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. John also represented companies and funds in connection with private placements, venture funds and private equity funds.

Mona Charif is senior vice president and chief marketing officer for NTT DATA, Inc. She has more than 20 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies including Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Lucent Technologies and EDS. Mona has broad experience in complex marketing and communications strategy and flawless program execution. Toshio Iwamoto is president and chief executive officer of NTT DATA Corporation. He leads a global IT services and solutions company specializing in consulting, system development and business IT outsourcing. The company comprises 100,000 employees in more than 50 countries around the world.
Toshio was appointed to this position in June 2012, prior to which he held leadership roles at NTT DATA covering the public and financial IT and business sectors.
NTT DATA began business operations in 1967 as the data communications headquarters of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation, and has built numerous large-scale systems to support social infrastructure over a period of some 50 years. As a systems engineer and later, a project manager, Toshio has overseen several such projects for the central government, the Bank of Japan, the largest payment system in Japan and information provision systems of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, contributing significantly to the development of Japan’s information technology scene.
Patrizio Mapelli is chief executive officer and president of NTT DATA EMEA. Before covering this role, Patrizio was CEO and managing director of NTT DATA Italy and executive vice president and head of Enterprise Business for NTT DATA EMEA. Previously, Patrizio was CEO of Value Team, one of the five companies acquired in 2011 to create NTT DATA EMEA.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT consulting services sector, Patrizio has managed the innovation process of large media and TELCO groups. Patrizio’s managerial experience includes vice president of A.T. Kearney and senior partner in Ernst & Young. Patrizio holds a bachelor degree in theoretical physics from the Università degli Studi of Milan and attended an executive program at the Kellogg School of Management.
Masato Inaba has been with NTT (Nippon Telephone & Telegraph Corporation) for more than 30 years. Before becoming Chairman and CEO of NTT DATA (China) Co., Ltd, he held several executive positions within NTT and NTT Communications. In 2001, he joined NTT Com Asia Ltd. and helped the company solve technical issues and negotiating terms and conditions with major telecom operators in the region. In April 2000, he launched StarHub Ltd., a new telecom company in Singapore that provided fixed and mobile services. ST Telemedia, Singapre Power, BT Group and NTT were its major shareholders. Masato joined NTT in 1984. He earned a master’s degree in electric and telecommunications from the graduate school of Tohoku University.
Before becoming president and CEO of NTT DATA APAC, Tetsu Sato was vice president of NTT DATA in charge of global business development. Prior to that, he was a consultant and engineer in payment and financial network systems in Japan. Tetsu’s background is strong in technology, financial systems, project management and global business development.
Tetsu holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of science degree in physics from University of Tokyo.
Benito Vázquez became CEO of everis, a multinational consultancy and part of the NTT DATA Corporation, in 2004.
He began his career in the telecommunications sector (Telefónica and SITRE), and in 1992 he joined Andersen Consulting where he managed the Technology group. He helped launch DMR Consulting in Spain in 1996, where he was responsible for finance and telecommunications.
Benito holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid as well as in economics from UNED. He has been a keen sportsman all his life.
Norbert Rotter has been the CEO of itelligence AG since July 1, 2016 and a member of the Management Board since January 1, 2008. As CFO, he was in charge of the M&A division, overseeing the acquisition of approximately 20 companies.
In 2000, he took up a position as manager at KPMG in New York, where he was responsible for advising German subsidiaries on the U.S. market. In 2004, he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the U.S. market.
In 1995, he began his extensive career at KPMG Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft AG, where he was responsible for audit and advisory services for SMEs and international corporations. Norbert became a tax advisor in 1999, a certified German auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) in 2000 and is a qualified bank clerk. Norbert studied business administration at the University of Paderborn and the University of Limerick, Ireland.
