NTT DATA Completes Acquisition of Chainalytics, Expanding Supply Chain Consulting Capabilities

PLANO, Texas – Jan. 6, 2022 – NTT DATA Services, a global digital business and IT services leader, successfully completed its acquisition of Chainalytics on Dec. 30, 2021, strengthening its supply chain consulting and analytics capabilities.

Chainalytics, which will operate as Chainalytics, an NTT DATA company, offers end-to-end supply chain transformation and consulting expertise that aligns a company’s supply chain to its corporate strategy to capture maximum value.

The acquisition expands NTT DATA’s digital and consulting business by adding approximately 200 supply chain specialists globally.
