“We believe that an ‘automation first’ approach, paired with investments in artificial intelligence and cloud-enabled solutions, is central to stabilizing business operations and positioning health plans for future growth,” said Shashi Yadiki, Health Plan President, NTT DATA Services. “Point solutions will not solve today’s challenges. To drive down costs, improve quality and offer a frictionless experience for both members and providers, health plans need integrated, transformative solutions and data insights that provide a 360-degree view of the total ecosystem. That is how we enable our clients to achieve business outcomes, and we’re extremely proud of this recognition by Everest Group.”
