The 2019 ISG Provider Lens™ SAP HANA and Leonardo Ecosystem Partners Global Report, which evaluates the capabilities of 26 service providers, cites NTT DATA as a Leader in the SAP HANA Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services quadrant based on its capability to deploy and host SAP HANA and related platforms. The services evaluated include infrastructure operationalization, installation and provisioning, along with go-live and operations support.

The report stated that NTT DATA offers a wide variety of SAP cloud services, which gives its clients a high degree of flexibility to choose the best alternative based on their unique situation. Merdon has been promoted to Group President, Public Sector for NTT DATA Services, based on his nearly 28 years’ experience providing innovative technology services to government and education entities. Merdon will replace Tim Conway, who is retiring July 31, 2022, after working at NTT DATA for the past 12 years. Conway has served the public sector for the past 30 years and has won numerous awards for his work improving government services and his commitment to technology innovation in the public sector.
