    Andrew Wells is the chief data and AI officer for NTT DATA North America and leads the firm’s Data and Artificial Intelligence practice. He joined NTT DATA in 2023 after Aspirent, the data and analytics consulting firm he co-founded, was acquired. As the CEO of Aspirent, he drove the firm’s explosive growth strategy and secured its standing as both a top place to work and a trusted consulting partner to some of the world’s largest organizations. Andrew is building out a powerhouse practice fueled by deep expertise and broad capabilities in the rapidly growing data, analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning market. Andrew has more than 30 years of experience creating innovative business and technology solutions for entrepreneurial, Fortune 500 and consulting companies. He is the co-author of “Monetizing Your Data: A Guide to Turning Data into Profit-Driving Strategies and Solutions”.
