  • CA Job Applicant Personal Data: In addition to the categories above, and consistent with the "Collection of Personal Data" section above, we may collect the following categories of information about California resident job applicants:
    • Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)): Job applicants may provide a name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information.

    • Inferences drawn from other personal information: Job applicants may provide profile reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
  • Sensitive Personal Information Disclosure: We may collect the following categories of sensitive personal information (as defined under California law): social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number, account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account, and information on racial or ethnic origin, religious, or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, and precise geolocation. NTT DATA Services does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from persons under 13 years of age. If we learn that personal information of persons under 13 has been collected on or through the Services, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information.

Non-Discrimination

We use technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, or unintentional destruction in order to keep your data safe. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Data to those who have a ‘need-to-know’. Cross-Border Data Transfers

We transfer Personal Data to various jurisdictions as necessary for the purposes described above. We provide appropriate protections for cross-border transfers as required by law for international data transfers. With respect to transfers originating from the European Economic Area ("EEA"), we implement standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, and other appropriate solutions to address cross-border transfers as required by applicable law.   1. What is the legal basis of processing?

    Some jurisdictions require an explanation of the legal basis for the collection and processing of Personal data. We have several different legal grounds on which we collect and process Personal Data, including: (i) as necessary to perform a transaction (such as in order to provide the services you requested); (ii) as necessary to comply with a legal obligation (such as when we use Personal Data for record keeping to substantiate tax liability); (iii) consent (where you have provided consent as appropriate under applicable law, such as for direct marketing or certain cookies); and (iv) necessary for legitimate interests (such as when we act to maintain our business generally, including maintaining the safety and security of the Site).
