PLANO, TX – June 6, 2018 – NTT DATA Services, a recognized leader in global technology services, announced today it has three patent-pending automation technologies for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services. These technologies are significant improvements upon traditional RPA, adding unprecedented efficiencies that can reduce the time of some business processes from weeks to minutes. They include:

Lean Bot & Security Bot: An advanced technology that ensures automated processes are delivering optimal and secure outcomes for vertical industries including healthcare, manufacturing, finance and public sector. This technology continuously monitors the existing process automation workflows to ensure 100 percent adherence to compliance and to identify opportunities for process refinements. It helps in eliminating non-value added processes by identifying waste in the work stream.

NTT DATA Code Finder: An auto-coding solution developed to assist the medical coding process. Uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology to parse medical reports and automatically assign respective medical codes, thereby significantly improving quality, speed and cost.

NTT DATA Robotic Context Processor: A cognitive automation robotic technology that comprehends, simplifies and automates complex documentation processing, such as contracts and legal documents. The technology is applicable across multiple verticals including healthcare, manufacturing, finance and public sector to significantly reduce document processing times, in some cases by as much as 95 percent, while maintaining near flawless quality.
