PALO ALTO, CA and PLANO, TX – April 20, 2017 – Praxify and NTT DATA Services today announced a partnership that will provide hospitals and health systems with Praxify’s MIRA technology, a mobile-based tool that works with existing electronic health records (EHRs) to enhance clinical workflows. MIRA leverages advanced design principles, machine-learning algorithms, and a voice-enabled digital assistant to reduce charting time for clinicians while also providing them with clinical insights at the point of care. NTT DATA Services will offer this technology to its expansive client base of healthcare providers.

“NTT DATA Services offers a comprehensive set of high-value healthcare IT services that perfectly complement our business,” said Ram Sahasranam, president and co-founder of Praxify. “This partnership expands our access and bolsters our ability to save time for clinicians while delivering better clinical and financial outcomes for healthcare organizations.”

MIRA, which Praxify launched in February, is a mobile application that integrates with an organization’s existing EHR, making it faster and easier for clinicians to use. Specifically, MIRA speeds up and improves the chart review process by collecting, analyzing and displaying relevant patient data in a highly-personalized, user-friendly interface. MIRA also helps clinicians complete documentation and orders more quickly through its voice-enabled digital assistant and context-aware adaptable templates.

“As a trusted partner and advisor to many of the nation’s leading hospitals, we are acutely aware of the challenges legacy technology systems can present to advancing patient care,” said Dan Allison, president, global healthcare and life sciences, NTT DATA Services. “By offering MIRA to our clients, we are advancing the promise of healthcare IT to ease clinical workflows and improve decision-making at the point of care.”
