Events /What’s Driving Your Digital Strategy? Empower Your Health Plan for What’s Next

By now we all know the joke: Who led the digital transformation of your company? a) CEO, b) CIO or c) COVID-19. All kidding aside, organizations that were farther along on their digital roadmap fared better from an operational standpoint and have the resilience to adjust as market conditions continue to evolve.

For Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, application modernization, intelligent automation, and predictive modeling are some of the foundational building blocks of a long-term digital IT strategy that enabled the health plan to pivot quickly while navigating the disruption of recent events.

In this one-hour webinar, ISG analyst Ron Exler and panelists explored the game-changing digital priorities health insurers must focus on as they redesign for the future. Watch the conversation on-demand for new insights.
