She is responsible for thought leadership and pre-sales support around the topics of web personalization, social media and digital marketing services for North America.
Emily has more than 17 years of experience in multiple industries ranging from healthcare to recruiting to marketing. She has played an integral part in the leadership of various companies throughout her career with both Fortune 500 companies as well as boutique ad agencies. In 2011, she started her own digital agency, focusing on B2B social media and digital marketing, and acted as CEO from 2012 to 2016 before joining Dell Services, now NTT DATA. Emily specializes in growth strategy through marketing initiatives.
Emily was working on social media tactics for business before this was a widely accepted practice. Over the years, she has successfully launched social media and digital marketing campaigns for 30+ clients and consulted for many more.
